Intimate, classic and charming: The Yard Theater has a high ceiling and stage with curtained backdrop, with 50 vintage seats built. The space is perfect for filming, seminars, table reads, workshops, rehearsals and more.

The theater is fully set up with lighting (5 incandescent PAR cans and two Chauvet Ovation full-color LED ERS-style lights), high-quality projector and screen. There is a backstage area, a green room, and a street-level loading zone in front.
